Paleo Diet

For decades , I have always believed that cavemen had the best diet that refined carbohydrates like bread , rice and pasta were not there at that time and so I could eat healthier and as nature intended .

I had no idea that no one agrees with my beliefs , let alone that he had made ​​a name for this system ( who grew up in a family in Nigeria in south London , with food like rice and yams from the basic diet . Dear mother often offended when you refuse their jollof rice or mashed yams for a steak and a salad retort that if the caveman diet as it seemed in good health was not good , why all die ... ) so it was absolutely amazing to discover a few years later as a coach or coaching staff that such a system existed today.I thought for many years in a caveman diet makes sense!


Paleolithic - Paleo or for short - is the caveman diet plan. It consists of everything you could imagine cavemen ate mainly when they ran across the room to catch the dinosaurs. ( That should have been a coincidence workout itself. These guys must have seemed !)

So what is this caveman diet ? We're talking about nuts , berries , fruits , vegetables, fish and, of course , meat . The food of nature and nothing more. Nothing adds , processed or refined .

This seems perfect for me. Why anyone would think that healthy diet altered by the addition of refined carbohydrate formula is a really good idea is beyond me , because it has long been shown that this is far from the case .


Today it is recognized that people who consume high levels of carbohydrates in their diet are more likely to suffer from cholesterol and sugar as well as diabetes , obesity and heart disease . All problematic symptoms that did not exist before the introduction of humanity and its unfortunate interests refined carbohydrates .


It is an absolute fact that I have no doubt. Just as I firmly believe that the microwave should be banned from the face of the earth and are a cause of serious diseases such as cancer ... but that's another blog topic for another day - I will definitely clarify - that way everyone can feel safe about eating all that supposedly frozen cooked in less time to put false eyelashes, the radiation power is completely out of the head and must be educated and saved. Especially if they are also "nuke " a meal in a microwave, which is basically nothing more than refined carbohydrates .


Realize that refined carbohydrates have not been around for so long in the broader perspective of how man has always been on this earth . The increase in carbohydrate consumption has actually happened since the introduction of agriculture and , more recently , it has only been in the past that refined carbohydrates have become increasingly widespread in the Western world to century . This is strongly correlated with the increase in modern diseases mentioned above , and it would be foolish to ignore .
