The food we eat has a direct effect on the health of our body. A healthy diet rich in vegetables, fruits and lean meats can make us feel very full of life and bubbly. A poor diet can make you tired, cranky and cause serious health complications. The following are six ways that a poor diet can have an adverse effect on their health and wellbeing.
