The regime does not really focus on counting calories, Dr ornish but many small food and limited to 10% of the total fat in the diet. Basically , dean ornish diet ,I changed the Dean Ornish adding fish and chicken (white meat ) . I've added about 10-15 pounds I'm not saying it's a good thing for health , but I feel more comfortable.
